





OGA Associate-Level Training Course Registration (Deposit Only)
Through shared expertise, in partnership between Marburn Academy and Sensible Learning this 70-hour training provides a foundation in structured, multisensory language instruction. Designed to prepare educators for effective one-to-one or small group instruction, the course blends Orton-Gillingham Academy’s (OGA) principles with current research-based practices to equip you with strategies that support students who learn differently.
Through interactive lessons, participants
strengthen their knowledge of:
What is dyslexia?
Phonological awareness
Syllable types, and division patterns
Spelling generalizations
The structure of the English language
Morphology
Beyond the theory, this course emphasizes application. Trainees gain practical experience in interpreting assessments, planning lessons, and delivering diagnostic, individualized instruction that meets each student’s needs.

*The Orton-Gillingham Academy (OGA) Subscriber Course is an asynchronous, pre-requisite to the in-person Associate course. Upon completion participants receive a certificate of Subscriber Membership in OGA.
Sensible Learning and Marburn Academy reserve the right to cancel the in-person portion of the course in the event of under enrollment. Under these circumstances the $100 deposit will be refunded.
